Hannah has been practicing for over six years, with a background in general orthopedics, and she specializes in helping pregnant and postpartum moms build strength, improve mobility, and move through daily life with less pain and more confidence. Through one-on-one virtual physical therapy, Hannah focuses on practical movement strategies that support the real physical demands of motherhood, from lifting and carrying to returning to exercise safely.
