Join Hannah Baylon, a Physical Therapist and the owner of MOMentum Virtual PT & Wellness for a class on staying strong as a mom. Hannah has been practicing for over six years, with a background in general orthopedics, and she specializes in helping pregnant and postpartum moms build strength, improve mobility, and move through daily life with less pain and more confidence. Through one-on-one virtual physical therapy, Hannah focuses on practical movement strategies that support the real physical demands of motherhood, from lifting and carrying to returning to exercise safely. Join us at the FRC for tips and tools to help you keep moving through motherhood! Limited childcare will be provided. Please indicate if you need childcare when registering.
