The Peoria Unified Family Resource Center provides free activities, resources, and information to families in the community.
The Peoria Unified School District is proud to offer the KidZone program, our innovative before and after school care program. Through this program, K-8 students are able to learn and interact in a safe, caring environment.
Kinder Camp will be held July 20-23, 2020, from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Students must be 5 years-old by August 31, 2020, and enrolled for Kindergarten in one of Peoria Unified’s 34 elementary schools.
The Early Childhood Center for Excellence in Learning (ECCEL) Preschool Program provides programming that meets the needs of the whole child - socially, academically and emotionally - to prepare them to enter kindergarten ready to learn.

CPR/1st Aid Certification for Preschool Staff
First Grade Early Entrance Test Request. Child must reach the age of 6 between 9/1 and 12/31 to be eligible for testing, there are no exceptions.
Kindergarten Early Entrant Test Request. Child must reach the age of 5 between 9/1 and 10/31 to be eligible for testing. November and December birth dates will NOT be tested, there are no exceptions.
Positive Parenting – Hassle Free Mealtimes (w/cc): Nov. 15th @ Sky View 9:30 – 11: 00 a.m.
While mealtimes can be a difficult time for parents, with a little planning, they can become enjoyable for the whole family. This discussion group/seminar will provide information about what to expect from your child at different stages, and tips and strategies for hassle free mealtimes. Childcare is offered on site. Please indicate if you need childcare when registering.
