The Peoria Unified Family Resource Center provides free activities, resources, and information to families in the community.
The Peoria Unified School District is proud to offer the KidZone program, our innovative before and after school care program. Through this program, K-8 students are able to learn and interact in a safe, caring environment.
Kinder Camp will be held July 20-23, 2020, from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Students must be 5 years-old by August 31, 2020, and enrolled for Kindergarten in one of Peoria Unified’s 34 elementary schools.
The Early Childhood Center for Excellence in Learning (ECCEL) Preschool Program provides programming that meets the needs of the whole child - socially, academically and emotionally - to prepare them to enter kindergarten ready to learn.

First Grade Early Entrance Test Request. Child must reach the age of 6 between 9/1 and 12/31 to be eligible for testing, there are no exceptions.

William’s Winter Nap: Wednesday, January 21st @ Alta Loma 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Cuddle up for a cozy winter adventure as we read William’s Winter Nap together! In this parent–child class, families will enjoy a gentle story about kindness, friendship, and making room for others on a chilly night. After the read-aloud, little ones will explore hands-on sensory play and simple winter-themed activities that build early literacy and connection. This class is perfect for creating sweet memories, nurturing empathy, and sharing the warmth of winter snuggles with your child.
