The Peoria Unified Family Resource Center provides free activities, resources, and information to families in the community.
The Peoria Unified School District is proud to offer the KidZone program, our innovative before and after school care program. Through this program, K-8 students are able to learn and interact in a safe, caring environment.
Kinder Camp will be held July 20-23, 2020, from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Students must be 5 years-old by August 31, 2020, and enrolled for Kindergarten in one of Peoria Unified’s 34 elementary schools.
The Early Childhood Center for Excellence in Learning (ECCEL) Preschool Program provides programming that meets the needs of the whole child - socially, academically and emotionally - to prepare them to enter kindergarten ready to learn.

CPR/1st Aid Certification for Preschool Staff
First Grade Early Entrance Test Request. Child must reach the age of 6 between 9/1 and 12/31 to be eligible for testing, there are no exceptions.

Coffee and Connections: Home Organizing

Join us for Coffee and Connections, a warm and welcoming space for parents to come together, enjoy a cup of coffee, and discuss the joys and challenges of parenting. The theme for this class will be home organizing with guest presenter Rachel Winter from Happy Home Organizers, a professional organizing company based in Peoria. Rachel has been providing this class for several years and will provide many useful tips on “Conquering the Clutter.”
This class offers a supportive environment where you can share experiences, gain insights, and connect with other parents navigating similar journeys. Whether you’re seeking advice, looking to build new friendships, or simply need a break, Coffee and Connections provides the perfect blend of community and support.
