The Peoria Unified Family Resource Center provides free activities, resources, and information to families in the community.
The Peoria Unified School District is proud to offer the KidZone program, our innovative before and after school care program. Through this program, K-8 students are able to learn and interact in a safe, caring environment.
Kinder Camp will be held July 20-23, 2020, from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Students must be 5 years-old by August 31, 2020, and enrolled for Kindergarten in one of Peoria Unified’s 34 elementary schools.
The Early Childhood Center for Excellence in Learning (ECCEL) Preschool Program provides programming that meets the needs of the whole child - socially, academically and emotionally - to prepare them to enter kindergarten ready to learn.

CPR/1st Aid Certification for Preschool Staff
First Grade Early Entrance Test Request. Child must reach the age of 6 between 9/1 and 12/31 to be eligible for testing, there are no exceptions.

From Seed to Sunflower: Three-session Series @ Alta Loma Wednesdays - August 13th, 20th, and 27th.
From Seed to Sunflower is a joyful, hands-on series for parents and young children to explore the magic of growth and nature together. Over three interactive sessions, families will plant seeds, learn how plants grow, and celebrate the journey from tiny seed to bright sunflower. Through stories, songs, and simple science, children will connect with the natural world while parents gain ideas for nurturing curiosity at home. Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers with their caregivers. By registering, parents are committing to attending all three sessions.
